Frugal Secrets of Real Foodies

40+ family-friendly recipes using frugal ingredients, money saving tips and much more!

I recently teamed up with four other budget-conscious whole foodie friends to write an eBook called The Frugal Secrets of Real Foodies.  I’m so excited to tell you about what’s inside and share with you the all the specials and giveaways we have planned for this week!

What’s Inside:

In The Frugal Secrets of Real Foodies, we share our stories of how we came to cook real food on a frugal budget. Between the five of us, I am sure you will be able to relate to one of us!

We come from different places, and live very different lives, but are similar in that we try to feed our family nourishing foods on budget.

Inside the book, we share our tips for:

  • when to buy organic
  • buying and cooking in bulk
  • using gardening and farmers markets to benefit your budget
  • dealing with allergies and food sensitivities while staying frugal
  • where to find thrifty whole foods

A Few Recipes You’ll Find:

Of course, no good foodie book would be complete without recipes! We pulled together 40 real food recipes, that our families eat on a regular basis, and will nourish your body and your health without draining your wallet.

How about starting your day with Gluten-Free photo 3Chocolate Muffins or Oatmeal Breakfast Bars?

Having some Crockpot Minestrone Soup with lunch?

Brisket Tacos served with a side of Laco-Fermented Salsa for dinner?

Finish out the evening with some Orange Sherbet or a big piece of Sourdough Pumpkin Cake?

All nourishing meals and all on budget!
